From the home screen, Click on the app button as seen in the picture. Then click on Settings and then Users & Accounts. Now click on Add Account and the click on Google. You can follow the instructions from there. You will not be able to use your email from your phone.
How to add your APN settings for the internet
You can connect your phone to the internet by following the instructions. Start with pressing the apps button. Then press on Settings, Network & Connection and then on Mobile Networks. Now press on Access Point Name and then APN where you will place the APN settings in. You can find those here being the APN settings in Asia as well as APN settings in India.
How to copy contacts from the SIM to the phone
If you have your contacts backed up on the SIM then this is how to copy your contacts from the SIM to the phone. On your home screen you will need to press on the apps button and then on Contacts, Now click on the Menu icon as then the Settings button. Now press on Import/Export and then click on the SIM card. Click Next as then Phone. Then click Next again. Press on each contact you wish to import from your SIM card onto your mobile phone.
How to copy contacts from the Phone to the SIM
If you have your contacts on your phone and want it on your SIM then follow the instructions. This is how to copy your contacts from the Phone to the SIM. On your home screen you will need to press on the apps button and then on Contacts, Now click on the Menu icon as then the Settings button. Now press on Import/Export and then click on the SIM card. According to the Alcatel 3T Manual you can block calls from certain people in the following way. Press on apps and then press on Phone and then the Menu icon. Press Block Numbers and then press ADD a Number and enter the telephone number that you wish to block. Now press BLOCK and the number will now be blocked.

First press on the apps icon and then press Settings and then Storage. Press internal shared storage and press files. Find what you want to backup and hold the files you want to copy. Press the Menu icon and press on Copy to … and press the <emu icon. Press SDCard and decide where you want to store it. Noe press COPY.

If you wish to restore your data from your SDCard then click of the apps icon. Then press Settings and then Storage and followed by SDCard. Locate the data you want to restore from the SDCard press and hold on to the files. Now press the menu icon and the press Copy to …. Press the side menu icon and the press internal storage. Locate where you want he files copies and then press COPY.
Changing your backlight settings
Press the apps icon and the press on Settings. Next you must press Display and then press on Brightness Level. You can now use the slider to adjust the brightness on the Alcatel 3T.
How to change your screen lock password, pattern or PIN
The Alcatel 3T manual shows that to change the password you will need to do the following. Press on the apps icon and then press on Settings and then Security & Location. now press on Screen Lock and enter your current security code. Press Screen Lock Type which you would like to use. Now press Password ad again choose your preference. Press YES and enter your desired password and click on NEXT. Now enter your new password and click on OK.
How to enable or disable the Power saving mode
To disable or enable power saving mode you will follow these instructions from the Alcatel 3T manual. Press the apps icon and then again the Settings option. Now press Battery and then press Battery Saver and then enable or disable the power saving mode of the mobile phone.

(Make sure you have made a backup of your data and contacts.) Next you press on Format and the Erase & Format. After that it is done.
You can also perform a factory reset
Make sure that you have made a backup of your contacts and data to the SDCard. You press on the apps icon and then press on Settings and then press on System. Next press Reset Options and then press on Erase all data (factory reset). Press “reset Phone” and then click on “erase everything”. The system will now do a factory reset or default reset, The phone will restart after this.
