You will see the APN settings for Metro are listed here with the settings for Windows, Android as well as the iPhone. These are the Metro APN settings and not the AT&T APN settings. Those you can find elsewhere on this website. The first settings are those for an iPhone and the remainder are those of the Android and Windows operating systems.

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Add New
Now you add new the you will add the name of the access point which is Metro. From there most of the APN settings are the defaults except for a few. These are the MMSC as well and the APN itself.
