Cable & Wireless APN Settings for Anguilla
Firstly note that for Anguilla and to set the MMS for them:
- Go to Settings, then Connections, followed by Mobile networks
- Then select Access Point Names.
- Tap Add at the top right corner.
- If any fields already contain values for Anguilla MMS leave them unchanged
Modify the other fields as follows:
Firstly set the Name to Anguilla:
- APN to multimedia, the MMSC to http://mmsc
- Likewise the Multimedia message proxy to 10.20.5.34
- The Multimedia message port to 8799
- The MCC to 365, the MNC to 840, the Authentication type to PAP,
- Additionally the APN type to mms, the APN protocol to IPv4/IPv6
- Likewise the APN roaming protocol to IPv4.
- Leave the Proxy, Port, Username, Password, Server, and Bearer fields unspecified.
- Restart your Android device to apply the new Cable & Wireless APN Settings for Anguilla.

Likewise navigate to Settings
Secondly click on Connections, Mobile networks, and Access Point Names
Press Add at the top right corner.

Then the APN to internet, the MCC to 365, the MNC to 840

Leave the Proxy, Port, Username, Password, Server, MMSC, Multimedia message proxy
The Multimedia message port, and Bearer fields unspecified.
Finally, restart your Android device to apply the new Anguilla Internet APN settings.
