1. Firstly Go to Settings ➔ Connections ➔ Mobile networks ➔ Access Point Names on your Android.
2. Press Add on the top right corner.
3. If your Android has already set values for Claro AR in any fields, leave them. Change the other fields as follows:
– Name: Claro AR
– APN: igprs.claro.com.ar
– MMSC: http://mms.claro.com.ar
– MCC: 722
– MNC: 310
– APN type: default,ia,supl,mms,xcap
– Likewise the APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
– APN roaming protocol: IPv4
4. Leave the Proxy, Port, Username, Password, Server, Multimedia message proxy, Multimedia message port, and Bearer fields unspecified.
5. Restart your Android to apply the new Claro AR APN settings.

5. Finally restart your Android to apply the new Claro AR IMS APN settings.
