You can’t make voice calls

You can’t send text messages

- Check that the number you are sending to is correct especially in your address book.
You can’t receive text messages
- Make sure that you have enough space on your mobile phone.
- The telephone might be ‘frozen”. Remove the battery from the phone for a minute and reinsert the battery.
You can’t send picture messages
- Check that the picture itself is viewable without errors;
- Now check the size of the attachment as many mobile networks limit the size of the attachments;
- Check your APN settings. Settings > Mobile Networks > Add mms apn (Check the APN name, User Name, Password, WAP Gateway, Port, MMSC)
- Check that the person you are sending to you has not blocked you.
