The PowerVR GE8320 GPU used in many mobile phones is made by imagination. You will find the GPU used in the Redmi 9C mobile phone. The GPU has support for OpenGL ES 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, Vulkan® 1.0, 1.1, OpenCL™ 1.1, 1.2. This as well as the Android NN HAL. The performance of the PowerVR GE8320 GPU is 4 pixels per clock. This as well as the floating point unit of 64 FP32 FLOPs/Clock and 128 FP16 FLOPs/Clock.
PowerVR GE8320
The GPU is from the GPU Series known as the PowerVR Series 8 XEP and the GPU Architecture called Rogue. The GPU is available in two- 
and four-cluster configurations. There are three 8XE Plus series of processors. These are the GE8320, GE8325, GE8340. You will however note that the Plus at the end of the series name indicates that these graphics processors are upgrades from the 8XE series. Note however that the GE8300 GPU itself by a change of architecture from the older versions.
You will note that the GE8320 and GE8325 has double the Per-Clock Shader than the previous GE8300 as well as the GE8340 which is quadruple the GE8300.
