The SmarTone APN Settings below is what is used for the SmarTone network in Hong Kong. There are a number of other network providers such as Lycamobile which you can also find on this website. The settings below are for Android as well as for Windows mobile phones. Note that there are also the MMS settings for the SmarTone network.

You will note that the MMS APN is setup in such a way that the MMS settings need to be added from settings to text messages ans then MMS and click on Advanced. See the other settings listed above for the mobile phone network for more information. SmarTone is one of those mobile phone networks where the settings are very easy to add to the mobile phone. This can be a Samsung or iPhone however there is no difference even with the Android or Windows operating system.
