Telecom Personal S.A. APN Settings
Firstly see also the APN Settings in South America on here as well. Now see how to manually configure the APN settings on your Android device for accessing the internet or MMS with Telecom Personal S.A. APN Settings in Argentina.
Personal Datos
1. First go to Settings ➔ Connections ➔ Mobile networks ➔ Access Point Names on your Android.
2. Press Add on the top right corner.
3. If Android has already set values for Personal Datos, leave them. Change the other fields as below:
– Name: Personal Datos
– APN: datos.personal.com
– Username: datos
– Password: datos
– Authentication type: None
– APN type: default,ia,supl,xcap
– Likewise see also the APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
– APN roaming protocol: IPv4
4. Likewise you must leave the Proxy as well as the Port and Server. Additionally the MMSC as well as the Multimedia message proxy, Multimedia message port as well as the MCC and MNC as well as the Bearer. Likewise the Mobile virtual network operator type, as well as the settings called Mobile virtual network operator value are fields unspecified or left blank.
5. Lastly you will need to restart Android to apply the new Personal Datos APN settings.

Personal MMS
1. Go to Settings ➔ Connections ➔ Mobile networks ➔ Access Point Names on your Android.
2. Press Add on the top right corner.
3. If Android has already set values for Personal MMS, leave them. Change the other fields as below:
– Name: Personal MMS
– APN: mms
– Username: mms
– Password: mms
– MMSC: http://mms.personal.com
– Multimedia message proxy: 172.25.7.31
– Multimedia message port: 8080
– Authentication type: None
– APN type: mms
– APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
– Lastly the APN roaming protocol: IPv4
4. Again leave the Proxy as well as the Port, Server, MCC as well as the MNC and Bearer blank. Likewise the Mobile virtual network operator type, as well as the Mobile virtual network operator value fields unspecified.
5. Restart Android to apply the new Personal MMS APN settings.
Personal IMS
1. You must go to Settings ➔ Connections ➔ Mobile networks ➔ Access Point Names on your Android.
2. Additionally press Add on the top right corner.
3. Lastly if Android has already set values for Personal IMS, leave them. Change the other fields as below:
– Name: Personal IMS
– APN: ims
– APN type: ims
– Likewise the APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
– APN roaming protocol: IPv4
4. Likewise you must leave the Proxy, Port, Username, Password, Server, MMSC, Multimedia message proxy. This as well as the Multimedia message port, MCC, MNC, Authentication type as well as the Bearer. Likewise the Mobile virtual network operator type, and Mobile virtual network operator value fields unspecified.
5. Lastly you will note need to restart your Android phone to apply the new Personal IMS APN settings.
