You can insert the details into your phone as follows:
Blackberry
Messages ->…> Settings ->Text Messages ->MMS ->Advanced
For adding the APN settings to a Blackberry you will click on messages and then on settings and text messages. From there click on MMS and then Advanced. This is where you will enter the settings for the network.
Android
Settings -> More ->Mobile Network -> Access point Names -> + ( to add)
On the android you can now also click on Settings, then click on More and then on the Mobile Network. From there click on the access point name and then click on add. Fill in the APN settings then for the network.
